• There are some exclusions for returns and special conditions for certain items like custom products and the customer services team is there to advise.

Can I get a next-day delivery?

Yes! John Lewis and Partners' next-day delivery costs from £7.50 for small to medium items and £19.95 for bulky deliveries. Order by 2 pm for large items or by 8 pm for small items. 

If you'd like your order to arrive the next day pre-10:30, the delivery cost will be £10.95 and you have to place the order before 8 pm the day before. 

Is there a John Lewis price match policy?

Sure. John Lewis and Partners offers a price match policy against high street stores (but not online competitors such as Amazon). Claims can be made within 28 days and must be made in-store. There are various terms and conditions associated with this offer and they can be found online.
