What is the LuisaViaRoma returns policy?

1. Returns must be shipped within 28 days of the order’s delivery date.

2. To begin the return process, head to MY AREA and either sign in or enter your email and order number.

3. Select the item(s) for return and its type (Size/Colour Exchange, Store Credit or Refund). Afterwards, LuisaViaRoma will send a confirmation email with a Return Authorization Number (RAN), a shipping label and instructions.

4. The courier provided by LuisaViaRoma is FREE of charge. If the return is sent via any other courier, the Client must cover the cost.

Can I get next day delivery at LuisaViaRoma?

Express shipping is £16, and your package will arrive with DHL within 1 to 2 working days after postage. Items available in stock will be posted within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) upon completing an order. It may take more time during discounts or special events.  All online prices are comprehensive, meaning duty and import fees are included.
